Examination System

The school follow CBSE curriculum and pattern of examination as per same criteria. The school gives due weightage to each term examination and monthly tests.

Part-1. Scholastic: Option-1:Each academic session is divided into two equal parts. The first part is called the Terminal-1/Half-Yearly/Mid-term examination. There will be a Periodic Test-1 before the Mid-term examination which will carry full marks 20 for test of a portion of syllabus, including 5 marks on Note Book and 5 marks on Subject Enrichment. The Terminal-2/Half-yearly/Mid-term examination will carry 80 marks which will cover questions from half of the year including that of PT-I.

The second part is called Terminal-2/Annual Examination. There will be conduction of Periodic Test-II before the Annual examination which will again carry 20 marks for test of a single portion of syllabus, including 5 marks on Note Book and 5 marks on Subject Enrichment. The Terminal-2/Annual/Yearly Examination will carry full marks 80 and cover syllabus of the whole year. The Marks obtained out of 100 will be displayed on the Progress report card along with Grade.

Option-II: Three periodic tests may be conducted of 10 marks each. Average of 2 best PT can be taken into consideration in space of the Terminal-1/half yearly examination. In this pattern, the Annual Examination will carry full marks 80 and 5 marks each on Note Book and Subject Enrichment.
